FSSAI & Product Classification

Nityarasa products are classified and licensed as Health Supplements / Nutraceuticals under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Act, 2006. All formulations are packaged as boxes of 30 single-serve botanical powder sachets. Nutritional parameters are verified through accredited third-party testing laboratories (Gujarat Testlab).

Nityarasa formulations are health supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any clinical disease, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, cardiac disorders, or chronic metabolic illnesses.

Traditional botanical references are based on classical Ayurvedic treatises (Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Bhavaprakasha Nighantu) and historical Dinacharya wellness practices.
