Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra cost nationwide. To ensure efficient delivery and reduce transit cancellations, COD orders undergo an automated one-click WhatsApp/SMS confirmation prior to warehouse dispatch.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Daily Dispatch Cut-off: Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 2:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays dispatch on the next business day.
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Estimated delivery in 2–3 working days.
- Rest of India: Estimated delivery in 3–4 working days.
- Remote & Island Territories: Estimated delivery in 4–6 working days.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging
Each Nityarasa box of 30 sachets is packaged in sealed, protective protective cartons. In the rare event that an outer carton appears physically crushed or tampered with at delivery, please do not accept the package, or report it with unboxing photos/video to support@nityarasa.com within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
