This platform is operated by Nityarasa Ayurveda Pvt Ltd, with registered office at Shop No. 8 & 9, Shree Maa Momai Arcade, Near CK Farm, Gadukpur, Godhra, Panchmahal-389 001, Gujarat, India. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Nityarasa. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Statutory Nutraceutical Disclaimer

All Nityarasa products are Health Supplements / Nutraceuticals licensed under FSSAI regulations (License No. 10726997000981). They are formulated as single-serve botanical powder sachets. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Never discontinue, replace, or alter any medication prescribed by your physician without qualified medical advice.

Eligibility & Age of Consent

By using this platform or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Nityarasa products are intended for healthy adults aged 18 and older. Individuals aged 60+, those taking prescription medicines, or pregnant and lactating individuals should seek medical clearance prior to use.

Pricing, Bundle Offers & Payment

All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

• Single Box: ₹999 (MRP ₹1,499)
• 2-Box Bundle: ₹1,599 total for any 2 available products (mix and match)
• 3-Box Bundle: ₹1,999 total for any 3 available products (or Buy 2, Get 1 Free at ₹1,998)

Bundle discounts are applied automatically in your cart. We accept prepaid transactions via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Subscription & Save Terms

When you opt for a recurring subscription, you receive discounted recurring deliveries based on your selected frequency. You retain complete control to pause, skip, modify products, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next scheduled dispatch date without any penalty fees. Subscription discounts cannot be stacked on top of promotional bundle pricing.

Customer Referral Program

Under our verified referral program, sharing your unique customer code grants your friend ₹100 off their first order. Upon successful verified delivery of your friend's order, you receive ₹100 store credit towards your next box. Referral credits are non-transferable, non-refundable as cash, and subject to anti-fraud verification.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Godhra, Gujarat.
